Returns & Exchanges

At Maison Balzac, we want you to be delighted with your objects for the home. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns or exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging and condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer care team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your items in their original Maison Balzac boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back to us safely and without damage.

• 3.
  Dispatch the Parcel

  Affix the provided return label or address the package to our studio, then drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service or courier point.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
